Driver Forced to Return Recently Purchased Kia Telluride Due to Dealership Mixup

A driver, identified as Brooke on TikTok, claimed that a mixup at a dealership led to her being asked to return her newly purchased Kia Telluride. In a series of TikToks, Brooke explained that the dealership contacted her, stating that the previous owner wanted the large SUV back due to a paperwork issue. Initially, the dealership offered to provide Brooke with a similar model, but she declined as it did not match the color scheme she desired.

The situation took an unexpected turn when the original owner of the car, who was still making payments on it, discovered Brooke’s TikTok series and identified her neighborhood based on the background of the videos. It was revealed that the dealership had mistakenly sold Brooke a vehicle that belonged to someone else.

Eventually, Brooke returned the Telluride to the dealership. However, another dealership stepped in after seeing the TikTok series and offered Brooke the same model at the same deal. Brooke expressed her disbelief and satisfaction with the new vehicle.
