Taylor Swift Dominates Top 10 on Billboard 200, Despite Missing No. 1 Spot

Taylor Swift may not have claimed the top spot on the Billboard 200 this week, but she continues to dominate the chart with multiple albums in the top 10. Drake’s “For All The Dogs” secured the No. 1 position, while Swift’s albums maintain a strong presence among the most-consumed titles in the U.S.

Swift’s most recent release, “1989 (Taylor’s Version),” remains at No. 2 on the chart. The re-recording of her 2014 pop album has shown consistent performance and could potentially reclaim the top spot in the future. This week, it garnered 137,000 equivalent album units.

Additionally, Swift’s original material album, “Midnights,” climbed to No. 6 on the Billboard 200. Released in the fall of 2022, the album has continued to sell and stream exceptionally well, accumulating 56,000 equivalent album units this week.

Two of Swift’s albums, “Lover” and “Folklore,” made significant jumps from outside the top 20 to secure spots in the top 10. “Lover” reached No. 8 with 51,000 equivalent album units, while “Folklore” landed at No. 9 with just under 45,000 units.

Swift’s re-release of “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” also made an impressive move from No. 24 to No. 17 on the Billboard 200. Additionally, she secured four more spots within the top 40 with projects like “Red (Taylor’s Version)” at No. 23 and “Reputation” at No. 27.

Taylor Swift’s continued success on the Billboard 200 showcases her enduring popularity and the strong support from her fans. Despite not claiming the top spot this week, her albums remain highly consumed and demonstrate her ongoing influence in the music industry.
